1. Go to start--> Click 'Run'
2. Write 'cmd' in text field --> Click 'Ok' button
3. Write 'cd c:\glashfish3\bin\' command on command-prompt to go to glashfish3 bin directory
4. Write command 'asadmin start-domain' on command-prompt to run glashfish3 server
5. Default port number
6. Type the URL along with the port number ( example 'http://localhost:4848' and default port number of glashfish3 is 4848) and press Enter
