Illegal mix of collations (latin1_general_ci,IMPLICIT) and (latin1_swedish_ci,IMPLICIT) for operation '='
1. Open your mysqldump backup from any view editor
(Example configserverdb_new.sql backup file open with Notepad++)
2. Press ctrl+h
3. Replace with latin1_general_ci to latin1_swedish_ci
